Road trip to FUNROE yesterday..wasn't too much fun though. Well the car ride itself was fun, and the rest was just..ehhhh..

Wow..so I'm finally home from the Wind Ensemble trip to Dallas. I had a pretty awesome time! My roommates were friggin awesome, we played a great concert, and I saw a TON of people-people like all those clinicians I had at honor bands way back when...it was awesome. So today was the Rapides Symphony orchestra concerto competition. I had to play the Hue Fantaisie from memory again..and I thought I did really well..until I totally blanked out on a section (that I NEVER EVERRRR mess up on =/..)....the "train kept on going...and I jumped back on" when I found myself...but other then that...I couldn't have really ( Read more... )

Well this afternoon/tonight was fun..I got to hang out with Liam and Alan. We cruised around Baton Rouge for a while, went to Liam's and played with all his neato keyboards and music toys haha, ate some deliciousness at Ninfas (leftovers are in the fridge..YES!), then went to see Grandmas Boy.
