pointers?
Anyone wanna give me some pointers on this whole livejournal thing, I have figured out how to update, add info, change colors, change smileys, and change format stuff, but other than that, other peoples look so much more 'advanced' lol. People have backgrounds, pictures, bold words and stuff like that, and changes on the actual formatting stuff. I

okay, for your formatting questions, i have a few pointers.
theres a computer language called HTML (philip and david, please forgive me if im not explaining this very well)
HTML= Hyper Text Markup Language
okay? okay.
these two things < and > are just about the most important thing for HTML. they're called tags. tags go on either side of any command you do.
so if you wanted to do a command you'd do
your text here
you have to make sure you end the command with
alright, you're doing great. for example
<(b)> Jenny would make the Jenny bold. but its not right now, because i put the parentheses so you could see how the commands work. to make them actually get it to be bold, take out the parentheses.
<()b> will make your text bold <()/b> to end
bold
<()i> " " italic <()/i> to end
italic
<()u> " " underlined <()/u) to end
underlined P.S. i'm just putting the parentheses in here so you know what the commands look like okay, because if i didnt you wouldnt be able to see what the ( ... )
