i ate so much crap today.. icecream, cookie, pizza..and much more!
But monday im back on a plan. I think i'll do 1200cals a day and i might end up lowering it if that isnt helping me lose weight. im also gonna do the 28day plan starting monday.
and i think tonight or sunday ill redecorate a thinspo/28day plan/ eating/ exercise etc. note book.
