As a roommate, you have the right to be respected and to be listened to, as long as your requests aren't too outrageous. This obviously isn't outrageous. I had to deal with a situation like this awhile ago but luckily my roommate actually listened to me and stop being a bitch. A talk is probably necessary and if that doesn't work..well..
