Well. Been a crazy bit of time. Travel for work. Travel to Balticon. More travel for work.

Balticon was fun, met some new cool people, saw some old friends I haven't seen in too long. Vodka may have happened.

Ah, Registration Fail...

I went to the participant table (that NOBODY was at, because nobody's number was being called) and said, "Do I have any panels scheduled today? Because I'm not standing in line, and I need to know if I'm supposed to be somewhere." They told me, and I left. Registration Fail was totally not a problem as long as you didn't follow the rules.

I try to take a zen approach to these things. I imagine if I only had one panel, I'd be less than pleased, but the fact that panels actually happen at all still kind of amazes me.

The fact that I can sit in front of people and actually talk and not just freeze in panic amazes me even more.
