so, the arts council decided a little while ago to do this tree cozy project to brighten up the downtown area. there was a huge uproar about it from both ends of the spectrum. it was a bit ridiculous. well, i decided to take part in it and i knitted 17 hats to display on my tree. the whole idea behind it being that if you're in need of a hat, take
