have you tried waiting in line for standing room tickets? that's what I did. of course, that was before it won 9 tonies...

I finally did last week via standing room, just before Andrew Rannells left. It's so difficult getting tickets. I hadn't wanted to do it that way... but I did what i had to.

That was the first time I did standing room, and it was a lot better than I thought it would be. I could still see everything on stage very clearly!

Of course, I had to stand in line for a couple of hours while sharing umbrellas with strangers and eating dumplings XD

I had gotten there at 8am for the matinee performance, and I was still third on line. That's just insane. I had a similar experience though... sharing umbrellas with strangers and generally just passing 5 hours.
