Sorry I haven't been around! I've been looking at theaters for this summer. Anywho, a belated Happy Father's Day to my two wonderful Dads! I wouldn't be anywhere without you! We all had a wonderful dinner together, and then we gave gifts. It was a great Father's Day :)

This summer is going to be awesome! I love summer time. I'm hoping to get a part ( Read more... )

I'm sure you'll manage to get one of the roles you wanted. Most of the Carmel girls are too busy to try against you ;)

Good luck with the search for Funny Girl. You really are your mother's daughter.

Thanks, Bryce. And I think I've got a good lead on those girls, if you ask me ;)

Thanks. That means a lot to me.

Happy belated Father Day to my host fathers. :)

I'd love to see you in one of those parts if I can stay long enough. But I hate how the title "Les misérables" is shortened here. It doesn't make sense to me, just a part of a French word that's never shortened in French.

I wish you can! You would be great to audition for Les Miserables! And I think it's because most Americans don't know how to pronounce it, Mael.

You mean as a dancer, I hope? Because otherwise it must be pure mockery - you know I can't sing! [OOC: He may not be as bad as Mike, and he once managed to make a more or less acceptable solo, but as he told Bryce here, it's obvious he'll never be a good singer.] And I don't even know the songs, except for "Empty Chairs at Empty Tables" because I have two cover versions (one in English, one in French) by people I know from little shows at Disneyland Paris. If it's just that, I guess I can forgive the butchering of a famous book's title.

occ: thanks for pointing that out to me. broadway_baby16 July 1 2011, 04:41:08 UTC
Yes, as a dancer, and as a townsperson maybe? A small role? Nothing as wonderful as Jean Valjean or Javert or anything. Your voice would get lost in the chorus, so no big deal?
