I like this better than the first, actually?

But he didn't say it had to rhyme, right? And, if he did, he didn't say it had to be couplets, did he? I don't know, I was just thinking... you know, don't limit yourself.

well he didn't say it had to rhyme but we have to do three different types and there're only so many I can think of.

A personal favourite of mine is haiku: three lines with five syllables in the first, seven in the second, and five, once again, in the last. They can also act as stanzas in this pattern for an entire poem.
