Do what you need to do for yourself; if you don't take at least some time for yourself, you'll just become bitter. Bitter is not good.

And how old are your brothers? I mean, if they're like...8, of course they can't do anything. But someone who's 13 can do basic things, like watch her for a few hours and feed her precooked meals.
