I went to bed at 5:30 and got up at 6:15.

And I'm still tired.

And depressed.

And I was right. There is no snow day.

You're sleeping too much. You must force yourself to get no more than 9 hours, no less than 7, and then see if you start to feel better after a couple of days. Sleeping too much too often will actually make you exhausted and could make you sick. Just be careful. It probably doesn't help the depression either, and the depression probably adds to the tiredness and oversleeping. Just need to pull yourself out of this Clo, I know it sounds hard, but something will help, you just have to figure out what.
