1) Practice Musical Theatre more. As in, prepare for my performance seminars. Spend at least fifteen minutes per day working on warming up and keeping the voice happy and/or monologue or speaking voice work. I mean, I'm here to learn, and if I don't put in the practice then I'm never going to improve. I don't want the reason I don't get in to be that I didn't put the work in-- I'd much rather not get in because I was untalented than feel like I needed to practice!
2) Lose weight. Basically an extension of number one. This could also be named "Get in Shape, you Lazy Bum", because this quest is becoming slightly less urgent as the temperature drops and the walk to the gym becomes more hazardous. It will definitely increase my chances of getting into the program, and can't hurt my dancing ability or lack thereof. My type is quite frankly slimmer than I am, and I'm going to look it or get very angry at myself.
3) Communicate with people at home more. Especially those who I left in a rush and didn't talk to much. You know who you are, and are probably pissed and should be. I'll try to fix that.
4) Look nice when I leave the room. Which is helped by wearing nice clothing, and/or showering. Hygiene, however much it is overlooked in college, is a plus.

I think my schedule is busier than it was during OOTI, which as you might know, sucks. I get about 2 hours a day of free time before 10 pm every day but Friday. Four days a week I have class at 9 am. But those classes are incredibly interesting if time consuming. I can't really complain about rehearsing e.e. cummings poetry for class, though.
I'm LOVING working on my show. To finish out my religious musical collection, I am now ASMing the Jewish Theatre Ensemble's production of Jesus Christ Superstar. We have a mixed religion cast/crew, naturally-- but I think it's cool that our Jesus wears a yalmulka to rehearsals. It's hot, even if it is Andrew Lloyd Webber ::hiss:: Anybody who wants to know how you fit a two story, 36 feet wide set into the Louis Room, or anyone who wants to see us hang/crucify our lead actors, come see the show. It's the week before my birthday.

B-Fest is this weekend! YAY!
