I just have to get this out of my system right now before I explode. Granted, I'm probably over reacting about the whole thing. But just let me over react for a while. I was seeing this girl, we'll call her Brooke. Anyway, I thought things were going pretty good until one day I blew off class and drove 1.5 hours to spend the day with her. Halfway

That sucks. There is something wrong with that unless if you save a famous person you'll probably never get a medal. =[ 'tis sad.

You know, I really don't care if I, myself get a medal. And I'm not asking for recognition for myself, but for ALL the emergency responders everywhere. Cops, firefighters, EMTs... next time you see one of these people just tell them thanks. You have no idea how much it means.
