The only consolation I had was that Question didn't object to the idea. He's a pretty blunt guy, and if he thought it was a bad idea for me to meet up with her then he would have spoken up, I figure. Or at least, that's what I'm telling myself now as I arrive to go shopping with a vampire.'
With Rattata trotting alongside, Kyon arrived at the Pokemart about five minutes late; apparently, he overestimated his ability to get up and out of bed quickly, but better late than never, right? His attire was pretty basic, just a light gray hooded shirt with slacks of a darker shade; nothing too fancy. Hands crammed in his pockets, he took a moment to peer in from outside, trying to spot his rendezvous.

A genial, but seemingly permanently nervous grin stretched across her face as she extended a hand in greeting while the other held her pokemon firmly in place on her head. "Y-yes, you're Kyon, I take it? N-no worries, I was jus' re'lly early."
Well, thank goodness it was an attractive teenage boy, probably somewhere around her age (probably younger)... Nonthreatening to say the least. A little worried about meeting up with random people --especially in this place-- she'd been thinking about what he'd looked like in person, and half expected him to be another weirdo like the giant cup or the creepy guy with no face. He took her hand to shake it once, returning the smile with a small laugh. "Well, no harm, no foul, right?" he mused, wincing slightly as Rattata scrambled up to perch on his shoulder. Apparently it had a distinct interest in the Growlithe atop Seras' head.
'At least there's not a penalty for being late this time. I've had enough of those for a couple lifetimes, thank you very much.'
His eyes glanced at her mouth for just a moment; those were fangs, it looked like, so her story seemed to hold up. No lie, they made him a little nervous, but given what he'd seen and been through? A pair of sharp teeth was far from the worst of it.
Glancing around the store for a moment, he remarked, "Kind of weird how this place popped up overnight. Then again, nothing about the league is exactly normal. Anyway, you find anything useful yet?"

"This place... it's definitely strange, there's no doubt abou' tha'..." she glanced around with a nervous chuckle, moving both of her hands to clasp together in front of her. Idly wringing her wrists, she continued to speak, eyes averted for the moment.
"Uhm, not tha' I've noticed, ev'rything looks like it'll either melt or burn an'... well, tha's no good. B-but I 'aven't asked anyone about fireproof...things. It jus' seems like such a ridiculous thing t'ask for, y'know?" Another nervous chuckle as she glanced back up to him, then over to the Rattata.
Her growlithe leaned down, careful not to fall off of his trainer's head, sniffling curiously at the little purple thing. Sup?
