i'm tired of people thinking that they know the whole story just because one person is more vocal about his/her part in it. and i don't have the time or energy to waste making huge ranty posts about it.

Whether or not you feel you've the energy to "waste" reflecting upon the situation, you must understand that I haven't made any choice here - the situation has been thrust upon me [no pun intended] full-formed, and I am forced to adjust accordingly. Writing is one of the few coping mechanisms I have right now that don't involve violent self-destruction, and I will not hold my tongue simply because you feel you've the right to behave in whatever despicable manner you like without criticism.

The rather public forum of livejournal can heighten tensions at the end of a relationship. On some level, I've experienced something similar to what you might be enduring. If I may say, however... fuck the opinions at which you believe the general public may be arriving. It'll only contribute to the chaos.
