BEWARE: ANGRY POST
I´m fu**ing angry. Do you know what? I hate stupid people. This evening I sat in front my laptop and when I opened my LJ-community ... what did I see? A LOT OF FU**ING BANNERS SAYING THAT MY PHOTOBUCKET ACCOUNT EXCEEDED THE BANDWIGHT. I was like... "WTF?!!" My last post had more than 2000 views. Ok, that was cool, but I went to my statics and saw that A LOT of websites are hotlinking my pics.
AGH!! I was really really angry- I know people steal my stuff, but they hotlink it too?? WTF?? Really, it´s so hard to upload it on your own host? There are a lot of free hosts like imageready or photobucket.
I began to search on google how the hell could I fix the photobucket problem. That was cool because I found a way to upgrade my account to pro for free (yeah girls, now I´ve got pro account for 1 year, lol). I was still angry but well... at least that problem made me discover the "for free" thing.
Then I went though my statics once more (when you´ve a pro account you can see details of all the sites that hotlink your pics) and decided to go to those sites and scream at them a little bit. lol. It can sound like a lot of work for something silly, but you will see in the end why I´m so angry now.
Well, I went to a nonsten (anti-fans of robsten) forum. I must to say that I feel dirty for going there, lol. They stole my icons, but do you want to now the worse part? They did it because they wanted to make fun of my work. Ok, I know I´m not the best manip-maker ever, but they were being mean without a reason. Even if they were like that I leave a comment being nice "Ok, i´m not the best one and they can have a lot of mistakes, but I just wanted to talk about hotlinking. Please don´t do it anymore... blah blah" (It was a really soft comment because I knew they will burn me alive since it was a crazy-fanatics forum [you should see the stuff they had there O__o]). THE PROBLEM BEGINS HERE.
Your comment should be approved before it is displayed on the forum. I recieved an mail from the admin saying me that they will not show my comment but they will talk about hotlinking. This is what she posted.
"Just a quick general announcement. Try not to hotlink anything. I know sometimes the manips are just plain awful that you don't want them sullying your PB or Tinypic accounts, but there's always image bam or image shack."
CAN YOU FU**ING BELIEVE IT???!!! Because I can´t do it.
AGH!!! Damn people!! I´m tired of this shit, people stealing when I would give them permission if they only asked, people hotlinking my graphics, people who never read the rules on my entries, people posting my manips without giving me credit, people being all smartass because I post my manips with tags. OF COURSE I DO IT!! Look at all this shit even when I use tags. You can imagine what would happen if I dion´t use the tag!!
