Wow...maybe noone is reading this...Oh well...at least I'm update right? For now anyway...lol....yeah, that wasn't funny

“Are you ok, Ashley?” Chelsea asked.
“I screwed up.”
“So, you and Spencer had a fight? That’s why she seemed upset.” Clay sighed. “these things will happen.”
“No. These things shouldn’t happen. It shouldn’t happen to her!” Ashley was yelling now. And not just to be heard over the music. She was angry. Almost ready to explode and Chelsea could see it. She grabbed Ashley’s arm
“We’ll be back in a minute, Clay.” She called over her shoulder as she pulled Ashley outside. Once they were in the darkness that was the world outside the club, Chelsea spun the brunette around to face her. “Ok. What happened?”

Spencer blinked away her tears. “Chelsea, I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to snap at you. It’s not you I’m mad at. It’s not even Ashley. Or…It’s me. I’m so mad at myself. I keep playing it over and over in my head. Our whole friendship has been on repeat in my head and I can’t find it. I can’t find the moment that I did something to deserve what he did to me.”

“I don’t know what happened. Everything was great. We were watching a movie. Then I started to kiss her.”
“Oh.”
“Oh? ‘Oh’ what?”
“She’s just been through this huge thing. She might never experience anything so…traumatising in her life again,. And she did it alone. She just needs time.”
“Ok, but last week, before I knew she was…what he did, she was all over me. I don’t get it.”
“I think maybe she was protecting herself.”
“From what? Me?”

“You know what? I’m actually relieved she knows. I was so afraid of…of losing her that I didn’t ever want her to know. Ashley means so much to me. I don’t know what I’d do without her.” Spencer breathed in deep and exhaled slowly. “I hope I haven’t lost her.”

“From losing you.”
“Losing me? I’m not going anywhere.”
“Maybe you need to let her know.”
Nodding, Ashley smiled at Chelsea. As the brunette slid her phone from her pocket, Chelsea walked inside.

“Well, Chelsea, thank you for the talk. Only you didn’t say anything. Which is probably good,” Spencer slowly rose to her feet. “Because you would’ve said stuff which would’ve changed what I wanted to say.” Spencer straightened her outfit. “Will you say something?”
“I’m sure Chelsea will love that speech. I’ll make sure I pass it on.” The figure stepped forward. Spencer took a step back. It wasn’t Chelsea.

“Come on, Spencer, you can’t be that mad.” Ashley sighed and closed her phone as Spencer’s voicemail message sounded. “Maybe you are.” She slid her phone into her pocket and headed for her car.

Turn Back Time by Cher pumped through the stereo system of Ashley’s care as she drove. She thought about how much the song matched her current situation. If she could, she would. She’d give up anything to make it right with Spencer. But then it hit her, even if she managed to fix things this time, she knew she’d just find another way to screw things up. After all, that’s what she did. With everything and everyone. But there was something about the blonde that made her want to try harder than ever. She pulled her car into the driveway of the Carlin house. Switching off the engine, she glanced up at Spencer’s room. The light was on. Spencer was still awake. Or she hoped. Still looking at the window, the brunette thought about what she would say. She glanced down for a moment to remove her seatbelt. When she looked up again, there were two silhouettes standing in the light of the window. There was probably a plausible explanation for it, but whatever it could’ve been, it wasn’t coming to Ashley’s head. The brunette’s stomach dropped as she jumped from her car.
