Oh my gosh..
i went on a fast for about two days well mostly restricting so i was hungry for the whole time.
And i GAINED WEIGHT NOT LOSt..
Does anyone have any good weightloss programs or tips to lose weight this summer my goal is 10 pounds

What I do is I just stop eating snacks, after like 8 at night & excersize. it works pretty well for me.

Yeah, eat! Most likely you didn't gain weight, it's just bloat.. or if you did eat, or sneaked in anything, it became a much more difficult fat to remove from your body - it attaches itself to your arteries.

How to lose 10 lbs by Beatriz lol
- Eat a big breakfast (Keep within 200-300 calories)
- Eat a medium lunch (Try salad with chicken or turkey or tofu, etc and an apple or fat free yogurt)
- Eat a small dinner (Have soup and salad .. if not have small baked potato and some chicken or something.. think -light-)
- ALWAYS have snacks.. fruits, nuts, juice, etc. But limit your snacks within and below 100 calories.
- Eat LOTS AND LOTS of veggies
- Avoid salt AND sugar
- Walk down/up the stairs
- Walk about 30mins - 60 mins per day
- Write whatever you eat.
- DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF EVERYDAY... just once a week :)
