Oh my gosh..
i went on a fast for about two days well mostly restricting so i was hungry for the whole time.
And i GAINED WEIGHT NOT LOSt..
Does anyone have any good weightloss programs or tips to lose weight this summer my goal is 10 pounds

How to lose 10 lbs by Beatriz lol
- Eat a big breakfast (Keep within 200-300 calories)
- Eat a medium lunch (Try salad with chicken or turkey or tofu, etc and an apple or fat free yogurt)
- Eat a small dinner (Have soup and salad .. if not have small baked potato and some chicken or something.. think -light-)
- ALWAYS have snacks.. fruits, nuts, juice, etc. But limit your snacks within and below 100 calories.
- Eat LOTS AND LOTS of veggies
- Avoid salt AND sugar
- Walk down/up the stairs
- Walk about 30mins - 60 mins per day
- Write whatever you eat.
- DON'T WEIGH YOURSELF EVERYDAY... just once a week :)
