From what you've told me about what's going on at your internship, I get the impression that they're just bitching at you because you're a handy scapegoat, not because you're actually doing anything wrong. You didn't lose that one file -- you'd never even seen that file; she'd stuffed it in the pile on her desk and forgotten about it. Their unprovoked temper tantrums don't mean you're going to be a bad social worker.

I'm sure something will come through in Tulsa. It's a big city, you have a good resume and experience through your internship, and I know you're willing to be flexible about taking a position -- I can't think of anything else you could do to increase your chances of getting a job.
