overcast who?
So, I'm making this scarf as my sister's xmas gift. I hope to have it done before we go to New York, because why would she need a big, thick scarf like this for Texas winter? Seriously.
Pattern: my own
Yarn: Caron's Simply Soft
Main Color: grey
Hearts: teal and hot pink
Contrasting Color: purple
Needles: US 10-1/2 circulars (so it's pretty much just a big friggin tube)
colors in the first pic are closer to true, but still a bit off. good pics when I finish.
in that ugly little blank to the right, I added this:
it's "FOB" for Fall Out Boy. but I'm not sure I really like it. Mostly the "O" looks stupid. but w/e. i'll most likely leave it.
Assuming I don't get too lazy, I'm adding decorative purple stitching up the sides and some fancy knotted fringe.
but i'm sure you care :)
