I don't know what I was really expecting from Torchwood, but I should think I'll try to keep up w/ the series. It reminds me rather of Bugs, that spy drama thing the BBC did in the mid nineties. They've been rather overdoing the 'look! we've got a HELicopter to play with!!' aerial shots so far, mind, I hope they'll calm down a bit on the swooping birdseye views of Cardiff's Exciting Bay Redevelopment!

sleep and therapy seem to be arch enemies. i've missed way way too many therapy session due to oversleeping or nap attacks. last week i was wide awake uptil 9am when i fell asleep and refused to get up for my 3:00. i think sleeping is both something that our subconscious (now how do you pluralize that?) denies us when we are anxious/upset/etc. and really need sleep, and then slams us with when we really need to go do something that perhaps we'd really rather not do. like talk about how things in life aren't going well. or finisihing an assignment. etc.
good luck with your many appointments next week.
