Pecorino and pomegranate?
I had a lovely bowl of strawberries and cheese today. Deeelishus.
p.s. The cheese in question was superduper low fat fromage frais, which I bought to eat w/ the strawbs instead of cream, in the vague hope that it'll be less likely to clot up my arteries &c. than the more traditional lactic strawberry accompaniment. I didn't fancy the ( Read more... )

My sister, who is finally returning to Oz soon after 4 years in Londontown, has already said she will miss English strawberries madly. Ours here are generally much bigger (grotesque and mutated) and less flavourful. WAH.
