I'll never forget what my art teacher told me. I cant quote it exactly but it went something like this:
I knew I had a knack for rendering because that's the kind of person I am. I'm a perfectionist so I had it in me to just get everything spot on. But what I was good at wasn't exactly what I was interested in. It just came naturally. I had a weakness with pen and ink drawings so I kept practicing and practicing it. It was more interested in these drawings because it was more challenging. By the end of my art education I was able to make a choice between two things I wanted to do. The luxury I had was choice.
As long as you have choices you'll be okay. You obviously have a lot of choices that's really great. I guess the only motivation I can point out is to expand yourself and have even more options!
