My first impulse is to tell everyone I meet to stay the hell away from me because I'm only going to hurt them in the end. It kind of makes me untouchable in a way. I am a fortress. The only person that can hurt me is myself and I do that daily, even hourly.

In all honesty, I would say periodically, but certainly not daily, much less hourly. This is just me though. I don't know the situation.
