Are you set on it being female? If not, here's one: blue jeans + flannel shirt tied around waist + t-shirt + long, straight, sandy-blonde wig + red bandana tied around forehead = Axl Rose. I even have a funny old G 'n' R t-shirt you could borrow to drive it home. No joke.

miss tanya and i once went to a rock-themed costume party dressed as "photographers for rolling stone." which means we glammed up, and hung out while wearing photoshopped and laminated rolling stone press passes. the end. it was actually very well-recieved!
