My group is hiring for a Web Production Associate, which means monkey-level HTML skills and some project management duties. I'd highly suggest a job at this company - they treat us pretty well. If you're interested, let me know!


Overview
This role supports the design and development of BGICash.com, a web site dedicated to BGI's liquidity products. We are looking for a production specialist to ensure that the web site meets or exceeds requirements of internal and external clients in the U.S. This person will serve as the central contact person for BGICash.com and will work on programs and projects to support client service and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
The position will be responsible for daily web site operations including but not limited to:
First point of contact to resolve live BGICash.com problems (escalation response)
Deploying and testing approved content to web sites in various content formats such as HTML, PDFs and PowerPoint files
QA testing as needed for larger projects, including service enhancements, direct marketing and advertising campaigns
Managing small- and medium-size web projects with BGI's internal IT department
Occasionally, managing content development and approval process with business, legal and compliance

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities:
Highly responsive with a strong dedication to client service
Extremely detail oriented and organized
Ability to prioritize and multitask across several projects with competing deadlines
Ability to work well under tight and often-changing deadlines
Team player able to work with business and technical people and proactively communicate successes and roadblocks
As well as the following skill sets:
BA/BS
2-5 years of directly related experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills
General knowledge of HTML and XML
Practical knowledge of TeamSite or other content publishing software
Financial web site experience a plus
