Browsing through the local toy store we happened upon a new range by Brio (you know, wooden railway tracks, little trains) called Network. Which in their words is "A railway system based on the metaphor for the construction of a computer."

The characters are really nicely designed and wouldn't look out of place in Playlounge, Forbidden Planet or in

Nope. I'm a geek who is also designer, not a designer geek. It's a subtle difference.
