Somone on clamp_now said that Himawari's husband had actually been mentioned in the OVA, and since I hadn't seen it, I downloaded it last night and watched it. Then I transcribed her phone conversation with Douemki (because CLAMP can't be arsed to give her any actual screen time) for posterity or some shit.

...You know, I just thought of something.

A few chapters ago, someone (Watanuki, I think?) said something about Himawari only being able to visit the shop once a year. Maybe that was the price for lessening her curse, or even getting rid of it all together?

I remember them talking about that. I think it was that being around the shop too much in general was bad for her because . . . of something. I DON'T REMEMBER WHAT. It just didn't mesh well with her constitution IDK. But I know Watanuki said that he was working hard to make it a better place for her??? Or something. But I think that also might have been true when Yuuko was still around because we hardly ever see her at the shop anyway.

I think I'm just going to have to go back through and reread to see if I can catch anything else. NOT THAT I ACTUALLY EXPECT ANSWERS FROM CLAMP, but I'm a bit behind anyway. XD
