Plus how do you get the layout thing I rally need one!!

For an icon you can just
find like a random pic
and then make it so it is
100x100 and save it to
your computer then go to
LJ and click manage then
user pictures and click
this thing that says browse
or something like that
then click on the picture
and hit save changes and then
WOOHOO!!!
you have a user picture :)

and I have no idea how
to do layouts so i cant
help you with that.
