wow..i feel like an old lady =(

so i sprained my hip and my shoulder..my leg is all bruised too...and i hit my head..got some cuts there too..and cut my hands and arms..=(

and to tell you the truth..im not quit sure what happen it was the strangest thing ever...so im riding my bike and the next thing you know..im on the ground and i cant get up..
