I hate shopping near Christmas, but the way my schedule works out always leaves me with only time to shop at the last minute. I made progress today. I didn't kill anyone. I only played a couple mess-with-the-circling-parking-vultures games

I used to work a lot of retail when I was younger, so today when I was in the shops I would offer a note of sympathy and reassurance. "I promise to try and not be another annoying cutsomer." Usually gets a pretty good reaction. :)
