Expletive infixation:A simple rule is that the insertion occurs at a syllable boundary, usually just before the primary stressed syllable. Thus, one hears abso-fuckin-lutely rather than *ab-fuckin-solutely. I've heard "un-fucking-believable" quite a few times. "Abso-fucking-lutely", on the other hand...

I believe I first heard the phrase 'Abso-fucking-lutely' uttered by Big in Sex & The City.

well that figures. I used to watch Sex and the City fairly faithfully and I would certainly say 'Abso-fucking-lutely. I agree that un-fucking-believable is just three words though, not infixing.
