I tried the gum for awhile and quit ciggs for a month but i was smoking pot everyday. The gum really helped specially at work, but the cost more then ciggs so you gotta be pretty determined. The patch always makes me pass out, one time i put a patch on i passed out in 5 mins and busted my head on the corner or a stainless steel prep table =x

Someone got me the patch as a gift but now that I heard your story I'm kind of scared to use it lol.

I would love to do two of those things listed.
Work out.
Write a story.
I started writing a story...but it's not even CLOSE to being finished. I have a short story version of it ... maybe try doing that first?
Working out ... I don't know it just seems that the more I go, the more I become addicted to it so it's easier for me to go. Have you tried a personal trainer? Those guys/girls don't play around. They'll get you exactly what you want.

I thought about a personal trainer, but alas I am but a broke college student lol. Short story would be good. When I try to write a novel length story I either become disinterested or I lose all inspiration and have no idea what to write.

Well, does your school have a gym? Bc at mine, the trainers are only like..$5 or something. And if your school has a gym...try taking some of the classes. They're fun!

hi, I saw you on added and decided to stop by and read your journal. I've added you by the way :)

Well, I love exercise, I just wrote a journal entry about this and I also posted my very first exercise video on youtube if you want to check it out. It has different exercises that you can do to tone your upper body. I plan on doing one for your lower body next.

If you need any tips, looking for new exercise routines, or whatever just let me know. I love this stuff :)
