Yay for the great therapist! How do you talk yourself down out of a panic attack? I want in..I never seem to be able to control mine at all after they start....
It's basically just talking yourself down. You tend to think irrationally when you are having a panic attack, so let's say that your thinking NOBODY IS GOING TO LIKE ME. You just have to basically ask yourself does that even make sense? Am I psychic? How do I know people aren't going to like me? Does it really matter even if they don't? Just stuff like that. It probably wasn't a very good explanation lol. I tried.
