The Miss America pageant has had a talent competition for decades. It's on CMT because it dropped in ratings so badly a couple of years ago, that it isn't primetime anymore.

Yes Gena, I am AWARE of the pageants existance. I was however unaware that people still took TAP DANCING. I mean come on... I was waiting for the next act to be one of the girls spinning a hollah hoop and balancing a ball on her nose.
