today my opthamologist told me I have a lazy eye. A few more years of favouring my strong eye and I would have probably looked a little bit like brian peppers...hopefully just in the eye department.

He recommended first that perhaps I wear an eye patch (or even glasses with one side taped up) to get used to using my bad eye. I said no way jose. ( Read more... )

AHHHHH REBECCA NOOOOO, you know my thoughts on lazy eyes. Stu apparently had two lazy eyes as a child or something, I don't know, at least I think that's what he told me (I was drunk). New glasses eh? Mail me your old glasses! Also, when you said lazy eye I made the lazy eye noise ... you know the one ...

lord help me if my eyes end up like that. Maybe the eye patch is a good idea.

i totally lurked over to your blog from your post on the warwick uni community. to answer you question - you will have an MA induction meeting next week -- at that point you will get a list of modules (classes) to choose from. then, basically you go to which ever ones you want, and enrol officially once you've chosen like 6 of them. i'm guessing you're in arts or humanities...if so, you're first essays won't be due until like next january. that my, dear...may seem like a serious cake-walk...and in fact, i guess it really is. best wishes.

I don't know who you are anonymous poster but you have definately set my mind at ease! I've been desperately emailing university officials trying to figure out where my timetable is or if i have to register for courses. Please add me if you get this- I would love to ask you more questions!
