I'm actually looking around online for like, something actually saying that it's illegal in GA. Near as I can figure, it's not technically something one could be prosecuted for, even though it's highly frowned upon. It's grounds for a file for divorce, however, but depending on who judges and whatnot, adultery wouldn't change the child support issues or anything I don't think. It'd just make him look like a fool, which, well, he is.
