"My apologies." His voice was soft , and despite his surprise the smile remained. He enjoyed the freedom that came with conversing with Charles. They were one and the same, eliminating the need for fronts or falsities. After all, they already knew each others flaws and misgivings.
And perhaps Charles had always been a bit narcissistic, because now, staring at the half naked form of his own body, Xavier felt neither shame nor reluctance while he satisfied his curiosity. Cobalt gaze traveled over slick skin and dark hair with unabashed intrigue.

Placing one hand on his hip, he posed ever so slightly, "Like what you see?" he teased the other, watching his other self raking his eyes over Charles' body. Silently, he thanked God for small miracles such as the need to wrap a towel around his waist, otherwise his pasty bum would've sashayed out of the bathroom quite nude.

"As a matter of fact, I do." He chuckled softly, raising one brow and making his way to sit on the edge of his- their bed. One leg crossed casually over the other as he settled his hands into the mattress. "We have always been rather easy on the eyes, I believe. I know you have heard it in as many minds as I have."
