Happy Spring

To commemorate the first day of Spring I thought I would create a new userpic. I ended up going with an octopus, which is not very springlike, but I guess I am more of a Fall/Winter sort of gal. It's not like it matters much in San Diego, where our seasons are pretty temperate. Today was grey though, I enjoyed that. Yes I am yammering on about

I'm looking forward to some San Diego weather. I think the girls and I are going to tag a long with my husband on an installation he has to do there in the first week of April.
I've never been to SD before.

What?!? When will you be here? Where is the installation? If you come- we must visit, let the kids play, make some food or something, I can show you around if you'ld like. I am not use to playing tour guide, but I know my fair share being a native and working at a local historical society and all.

I think we may be heading down on april 2 or so. We may or may not leave the big girl in Northridge with the Grandparents. I would like to have her in SD for a few days. the beach, zoo etc. no real plans yet.

so they're installing something down there somewhere. It's a good job. We all get to go to the netherlands this summer to install another one.
