ugh, so I'm sorry I pretty much disappeared the past week and a half. Nothing particularly special happened, I have just been so tired and emotionally drained and lacked all motivation to do anything for a multitude of reasons. And there are too many things I need to talk about, so whenever I go to make a post, I'm like, "No this is going to take ( Read more... )

I'm sad because I shipped Schmidt/Cece really hard in season 1, and I really loved what they were doing with them up until the season 1 finale, and then since them I just haven't cared for them at all. And dragging them out like this really isn't doing the show any favors.

I'm so happy there are only like, what, 5 eps left? So ready for it to be over. I would've stopped watching by now if not for the fact that we still need to see Lizzie and Darcy smoosh their faces together.

THEY ARE SO WONDERFUL!!!! I don't know what took me so long to watch them, but I'm definitely glad I finally did!!!

I really don't think that's what they're trying to accomplish with the cheating storyline at all. I mean, rose colored classes maybe, but it feels like a way to get Wade to confront his shit so that he and Zoe can actually have a future together. And there haven't really been any Zoe/George hint at ALL so far, so I don't think that's the direction they're going. At least not yet. We'll see. But it is making me sad that everyone is just giving up on the show because of this admittedly not ideal decision. THE REST OF THE SHOW IS STILL GREAT. THIS LAST WEEK WAS THE BREELAND FAMILY COMEDY HOUR AND ZOE AND LEMON BONDED AND LAVON SAID "HOW COULD YOU LOSE ME, I'M SIX AND A HALF FEET TALL."

I am always astounded when I remember that I don't own Before Sunrise/Sunset. MOVIES OF MY HEART. I can't wait for the new one.

ugh, I really hope so! I mean, I haven't watched any of the cheating eps at all, so I definitely can't say how it's coming across, and if it does turn out that they didn't do this just to put George/Zoe back together, then I'll be a lot happier. I've just been burned by CW shows before, so I'm hesitant to trust the writers. I DID SEE GIFSETS OF THAT SCENE WITH LAVON'S LINE ABOUT BEING SIX AND HALF FEET TALL, AND IT SOUNDS ADORABLE.

THEY ARE SO WONDERFUL! I already want to rewatch them a million times even though I just watched them a week ago. I definitely need to own them at some point.

And there are too many things I need to talk about, so whenever I go to make a post, I'm like, "No this is going to take so long!!!" so I just do other stuff instead because procrastination is my solution to all things because I am an adult.

#intro post #about me. LOL PROCRASTINATING FROM INTERNET OBLIGATIONS. ADULTHOOD!!!

I really wanted Schmidt/Cece to just be the beta couple on New Girl, with minimum angst and maximum cuteness instead of this back-and-forth nonsense. Though, I will admit Schmidt gives good sadface.

I'm sorry work is still sucking, but soon you will be free!

I KNOW, IT'S RIDICULOUS. It's like my procrastination back when I had to write papers for school (I mean, my entries are already longer than some of my papers were, anyways!).

THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED FOR SCHMIDT/CECE. I mean, that's what I was expecting when I was watching season 1 when they first got together, that they would be the unexpected couple that would stay strong for the rest of the series. IT COULD'VE BEEN GREAT. Now I'm suddenly rooting for Winston/Cece (...well, not entirely because it would cause roommate drama and that would make me sad, but I love their interaction, and at least it's something that's not Schmidt/Cece!!!).

Thank you!!! The thought of being free in less than 2 months is definitely the main thing getting me through all this!

aw, thank you! I've actually somehow moved from being frustrated to just being amused by the whole situation since I knew it was going to happen, and I'm not having to train her myself anymore. Plus, knowing it's not for too much longer helps!
