Back after a rather eventful India trip. Strangely now it seems like I wasn't even there, and there's so much more I wish I could have crammed into that short time. In any case, just seeing that Richmond Circle flyover made the trip worth it. Oyez ( Read more... )

I agree - and the book is quite something, too. On similar lines, have you read The Man Who Tasted Shapes/The Man Who Mistook His Wife For a Hat? Both discuss similar quirky neurological oddities, which offer considerable insight. Highly interesting.

Oh yes, you'll get the full story. By 'he', I meant Ian Anderson, of course (was sleepy when I wrote that, haha). Now, that makes me sound like a giggly teenager, but I *swear* to you that's what happened! I have a witness in fatmuttony :-)

Missed most of TAAQ - didn't get there in time thanks to awe-f*&%#@g-some traffic. But honestly, I've heard them so many times now, so it's okay...;-)

Will mail/call tomorrow, got an awful feeling about today - actually off to work just now - look at the time! :-P
