Age: 26 - 27
Height: I'm guessing around 5'7" to 5'8". A few inches taller than Allen, from what I could see.
Weight: A bit on the light side, due not to eating so much and constantly moving.
Medical Info: Lots of scars, some before his time as a CROW, some after (wars, Cyril, etc.). He's got a a bit of a wiry build now, mostly from mostly moving from place to place and not having a regular eating pattern. Otherwise, he's pretty healthy.
Eyes: Reddish-brown
Hair: Green
Abilities: He still has the Akuma arm, but he no longer uses this. His healing abilities are not quite as advanced as Kanda's or Alma's, obviously, but it's apparent that he is able to heal from broken limbs in a stretched time span. Deep wounds will leave scars (headcanon), but burns will heal quickly. He may or may not be immune to the Akuma virus, and he also may or may not be able to regrow limbs. He's very capable of thinking on his feet, and his spell-work (mostly protective and barrier-like) is just as fast. Like all the Thirds, his strength is nearly (if not) superhuman, and he has very good balance (this may or may not be from CROW training).
Since being on the run, he has also become much faster than he used to be. He knows how to handle a gun fairly well, as well as how to use a knife.
Notes for the Psychics: He's still really messed up. I mean, he's a lot stronger than he used to be, in terms of mental issues, but there are still niches. His confidence is still shaky, but his tenacity and resolve are now really strong because, well, he wants to survive. The hate and fear for Cyril have been channeled into this (which is what makes it so strong and what helped the trauma scar over slightly); this doesn't mean he still doesn't hate or fear the man, he's just more focused on getting away from him than rebelling against him. Tokusa's also very focused on keeping away from the Order, mostly due to his reasoning that he'll be registered as a renegade and the general awkwardness that will come with going back. This is symbolized by him no longer wearing the CROW make-up. There's also that whole issue of sort-of not-really believing in God anymore thing, but more to elaborate on that later.
He's still wary of human contact, but he won't flinch or stiffen up that badly anymore, and he will voluntarily touch people, but only if it seems they need that sort of mild comfort. After being on the run for three years, he's developed this sort of wary flexibility that allows him to adapt to people more easily than he used to. This will include smiling a lot more often and speaking a lot more than before, to appear more social and extroverted than he actually is now. He actually is more extroverted than he was before during his time at the DR and at the Noah's home, but not terribly so.
