Live Journal Spam

It seems in the last few weeks I've started getting "spam" comments on my livejournal. Old entries for months or years back getting comments that are advertisements for jobs or growth hormones, etc

I have my settings to only letting friends comment without being screened, and I've only once or twice gotten spam.
