Recently, I was watching a program on the Travel Channel called "Extreme Eateries" that talked about a peculiar dinning experience in San Francisco called "Dining in the Dark" at a restaurant called "Opaque". I had read that the restaurant was pricey but heck... you only live once ( Read more... )

interesting I'm going to have to try this next time I goto see my father in San Diego. Was it hard to eat? I mean cutting foods and stuff?

I remember the episode of CSI where a murder occurred at a restaurant like that (no one could see anything-- yeah, haha.)

How -did- you manage to eat what you were supposed to? Was it very low light, or actually pitch black? How do you know you're not eating the flowers or something? Or do "lovely" men and women (hey, it's dark-- all women [and men] are beautiful in the dark!) feed you tidbits?
