Well, Lima. myself, two teammates, and a coach went to represent the Netherlands in in the World Schools Debate Championship last august. It rocked my sox :-) we kicked the pants off of estonia in the "there should be quotas for women in parliament" debate.
That, and I hung out witht he irish team the entire time. Won't surprise you, but we partied in good-hearted hard irish party-ways.
personally, i didn't like lima that much. i found it too dirty. i much prefered trujillo. it is a small town around 8 hours north of lima. also, Cusco was really pretty too
