Craziness. After reading a book about someone so many times, it's crazy when you see what they actually looked like, and how it clashes with the image of you formulated in your head while reading. You (you being I) almost have a reaction of denial, i.e. "The fuck!! You're not supposed to look like that!!" Minerva Mirabal

Hahaha. True that. Actually, Minerva wasn't SO different from the image in my mind, but Mate and Patria (also on that website)...woah. I was way off the mark there.

One of these days we must get together and watch the (horrible) made for tv version of that book. Rember Ms. Liberman wanted to show it to us but somebody already had it checked out? It would be a fun thing.
