straightening iron. Seriously, high heat setting adn a therrmal protector /smoother. no split ends and it looks cute.

Yeah, I knw, but it only takes me maybe 5 minutes to do, and i think we have identical hair. Now that I toture it like that, it's in better shape than ever.
