According to Chin's twitter it is unfortunately PS3 exclusive.

the screams I made while waiting for PSN to come back up were certainly not as loud as the screams being made by the Xbox 360 owners :(

Yeah, I feel super bad for the Xbros right now. Getting the game and then not getting the expansion is just like...major cockteasing.
