Wahoo! Lowest weight! It's June and I'm trying not to have any binges! Today is only day 5,...but watching the scales go down from 129.8 on the 1st June to this is awsome! I havnt had time to exercise much either coz of exams so after today ill have more time for that to. It's quite tough sticking to this diet as its the same food everyday but i ( Read more... )

i know this is an old post but i'm new and have just been reading everything to catch up on it all. and its just that this post really caught my eye! i'm goin to be in a bikini in a week :( dramatic weight loss is needed!! how did you lose so much so quickly?? and what type of exercise did you do?? those numbers are amazing well done!!! how tall are you?
i hope your appt that you talk about in ur above post went well
