So last week, I told my boss that I would go ahead with the training to be a 'KSA'-- a 'keyed sales associate'.  An associate who has the key to the store, and who opens and closes.  So last week, I finished the CSL's-- computer learning....  And I was shown twice how to close out the tills at the end of the night, and was shown twice how to open
